Ticket to Ride is a turn-based strategy game for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.
The gameplay is identical to the board game of the same name. You start the game with 45 pieces and must connect two cities to win. Each turn, you need to connect two cities. The map is US and Canada, and you can choose to play on the Eastern or Western side of the map. Each side has different cities and roads.
You can only connect two cities with a single train piece. The number of pieces you can connect depends on the length of the route and the number of trains in the train.
Each train piece is used to claim a route. When you connect two cities, you gain points. The more points you gain, the higher the ranking you reach. You can only reach the highest ranking if you win the most points.
Ticket to Ride is a strategy game, where the players use the map and the trains to gain points and reach the highest ranking.
